Last Update há 8 meses

The Notice module ensures residents receive and track all official announcements, circulars, and alerts sent by the Management Committee.

Dashboard Summary

The top section provides a quick summary of the resident's current notice status, indicating how many actions they need to take:

  • Total Notices: The total number of official announcements currently visible to the resident.
  • Signed: The count of notices the resident has already acknowledged or "signed".
  • Pending: The count of notices that require the resident's acknowledgment (or "Sign Now"). These are the priority items the resident still needs to read.
Viewing and Filtering Notices

The main screen lists all notices in reverse chronological order (newest first).

  • Search Notices: Residents can use the search bar to find a specific notice by typing keywords from the title or content (e.g., typing "Diwali" or "water").
  • Filter Icon: The filter icon (on the right) allows the resident to sort or filter the list (e.g., show only unread notices).

Notice Details and Required Actions

Each card on the list provides critical information and an action button:

  • Notice Title: Tells the resident the topic instantly.
  • Summery/Content: A brief explanation of the notice's content.
  • Attachment: Management Committee add attached file (PDF, image) to understand the notice easily.
Acknowledging a Notice (Signing)

The action button on the right side of the card tells the resident what they need to do:

  • "Signed" (Green Button): This appears on a notice the resident has already viewed and acknowledged. No further action is required.
  • "Sign Now" (Red Button): This appears on a notice the resident has not yet acknowledged.
  • Action: The resident must tap the notice to read the full content. After reading, they tap the "Sign Now" button within the notice details.
  • Result: The button on the card will change from "Sign Now" to "Signed," and the count in the Pending section will decrease.

Conclusion

The Notices module is the official record of all communication. By checking the dashboard regularly and ensuring the Pending count is zero, the resident guarantees they are fully informed of all community rules, schedules, and emergency alerts.
