Blocks Overview


This table shows how to list each block and the number of units it contains. The example data below is for demonstration purposes.

You can now add your community's specific blocks and unit counts to this table.

How to Add Block


1. Click "Add Block" On the main "Structures" page, click the "+ Add Block" button. This will open a form where you can enter the details for your new block.

2. Fill in the Block Name: In the form, provide a clear name for the new block, such as "Block D" or "Tower 2".​
3. Add More Blocks: If you need to add more than one block at a time, you can click the "+ Add another block" option to add a new line to the form.​
4. Save the Data: Once you have entered all the names for the new blocks, click the "Add Block(s)" button to finalize your entries. The new block will then appear in your list of structures.

Units Details


This section gives a comprehensive, unit-by-unit breakdown of the community's properties. The table below lists each unit, its floor, category, the number of users associated with it, and its current occupancy status.

How to Add Unit


1.Navigate to the Form: From the main "Structure" page, click the button to "Add Unit(s)." This will open a form where you can enter the details for your new units.

2.Fill in the Unit Details: For each unit, you will need to provide the following information:

Block: The name of the building or block (e.g., "Block D").

Unit Name: The specific unit number (e.g., "119", "103").
​Floor: The floor on which the unit is located.

Unit Type: The type of unit (e.g., "1 BHK," "2 BHK").

Occupancy: The current status of the unit (e.g., "Vacant," "Owner Occupied").
Add More Units: If you have more than one unit to add, you can click the "+ Add another unit" option to add more rows to the form.
Save the Data: Once you have entered all the necessary information, click the "Save" button to finalize your entries and add the units to your community structure

How to Import Units


Importing units is a simple two-step process that allows you to add many units to your community at once using a spreadsheet.

1. Download the Template

First, click on import units then a pop-up will appear you need to download the sample template provided on the screen. This file shows you the exact format needed to organize your unit data, ensuring a smooth upload.

2.Upload the File

Once you have filled out the template with all your unit information, you can upload the completed file. The system only supports .csv files and may have a limit on the number of rows per upload.

How to Export Units


​Exporting units is the opposite of importing. This feature allows you to download a complete list of all the units and their associated data that currently exist in your system.
To
export units, you would typically find a button labeled "Export Units" on the main "Units" or "Structure" page. Clicking this button will download a .csv file containing all the unit data for your records or for use in other applications.
