Step-by-Step Guide to Creating and Publishing a Notice

The Circulars & Notices Management module is your fastest way to share official news with the community.

  • Creating a New Notice: To get started, navigate to Circular & Notice tab and click the "Create New Notice" button. A form will pop up, ready for your details.

  • Notice Title: The subject of your email/notification (e.g: "Urgent Water Supply Issue").
  • NoticeSummery: The Quick Preview (e.g: "Water will be shut off from 10AM to 1PM").
  • Notice Body: The full details.
  • Attachments: For supporting documents.
  • Recipients: Send to everyone. This is the simplest option to reach all residents in the community.
  • Digital Sign Required?: For official approvals. Check this box if the notice is a formal decision that need your recorded committee approval.

  • Once all the details are filled click on "Publish Notice" button to publish and if you want to save and publish later you can click on "Save as Draft" button.
  • Once you click on the "Publish Notice" a pop up will appear to "Confirm Publish".
  • Click on "Yes, Publish".
  • Notice is created Successfully. 
  • Click on "Go to Circular & Notices" then the notice must be visible in the dashboard.

  • Drafted Notices: The number of notices you or other committee member have started but have not yet published.

  • Sent Notices: The total number of unique notices that have been successfully published and delivered to residents.

  • Acknowledged: The count of residents who have opened the notice and clicked the "Acknowledge" or "Read" button.

  • Acknowledgment %: The percentage of all recipients who have acknowledged the notice.

  • Pending Response: The number of residents who have not yet acknowledged the notice.

The Notice History and Search Tools

Below the key metrices is the section that shows all your previously published and drafted notices.

Filters and Status
  • ​All Statuses: This is a dropdown menu that allows you to filter the displayed notices by their status (e.g., only show "Published" notices, only show "Drafted" notices, etc.).
  • All Attachments: Allows you to filter the list to only show notices that included an attachment (PDF, image, etc.).
  • Clear: Clears any active filters to display all notices again.
